I heard health insurance, unless it is a group plan or LTC, doesn’t offer commissions on renewals. Does anybody know if that is true? Thank you.
The systems/cost varies on your estimation of value, of course, however, there are good frameworks set up by anime artists already. For example, you can intro your “buyers guide” with what you WILL draw for people : EX– list out; dogs, cats, boys, girls, chibis, fanart, and point out what you WONT draw, if anything, EX hentai or whatnot. Be sure to note if you will draw someones original character for them, and a way to send you info about them. Then, you could give selections, like “Chibis– 3 dollars, two max”…progressing up the scale of time and effort, “portraits, head shot– 5 dollars” “waist up— 10 dollars”…. “Full body— 13 dollars”…. “Complete scene, background— 15 dollars”. Be sure to note color versus black and white sketches for commissions, also if you are open for requests (unpaid). I know that to cover the cost of using traditional supplies, you want to charge more, unfortunately, that may turn customers off
Ive never seen a digital commission price go past $20, and thats really detailed stuff. heres a sample chart for a traditional artist online i saw on DeviantART, which uses a different monetary system (converts money to “Points”, so sorry i cant find the ratio to REAL money lol
) ::———-
Wow long….
NEW PRICES
Chibi = 200
Full body character with no background = 300
Head shot drawing with background = 1200
Waist-up drawing with background = 1500
Full-body drawing with background = 2000
For every character you add, add 40 to the prize.
Commission me 3 times and get a FREE waist-up drawing with background~

as for the time thing, you can create slots that people sign up for, in inriments of your choice. For instance, give two weeks to draw every commission in order, giving everyone a schedule they can check and a way to keep you on track. Hope that helps!!!
I would like to start doing some anime commissions this summer to make some money hopefully, where do I start? What steps do I need to follow, prices, time to make it, pretty much just a whole outline on how to do anime commissions. I can also do more traditional work as well.
as long as the time you are working with no commission you are paid at least minimum wage then it is legal.
I work in the shoe area of a department store and the managers keep trying to pull me out of shoes to cover long breaks in other departments where I can’t make any commissions so I’d only earn the base pay (I’m paid base plus commissions). It seems very wrong and I’m wondering if it’s illegal. As many details as you can give would help me – I want to earn as much money as I can.
You sound very confident that you can negotiate on your own behalf. I say GO FOR IT! Most people don’t have the knowledge, skills or ability to negotiate on their own, that’s why they use agents.
Red Adair said: “If you think it’s expensive to hire a professional to do the job, wait until you hire an amateur.”
FYI, Buyers do not pay commissions, Sellers do. You can be sure if anyone is going to “save” that commission, it won’t be the buyer….it will be the seller, or in this case the developer.
The paid staff at the model homes are probably not on a full commission, but a salary, to keep builder expenses down.
Some developers only pay 1/4 percent to buyers’ agents anyway, so how much do you think you would rally save?
If you want a company that routinely rebates some of their hard earned commissions to the buyers, call Zip Realty.
You don’t sound like a very “loyal” buyer to me. If you are not working with an agent, then you won’t be utilizing the help of a Professional. If you are, then you owe them the respect for what they do, to get paid for those services.
I heard that if you visit a sales office, you should put your agent’s name down, not yours, otherwise the agent cannot get their commissions. Is that true? Can I use that as a bargaining tool with the developer if I don’t use a buying agent? Or if I do use an agent, can I negotiate some sort of rebate from the agent since I have basically located the property on my own?
Most companies withhold a flat 25% in federal income tax withholding from commission checks. In Texas, it would be that plus the usual 7.65% for FICA.
I live in texas, and I receive a salary + commissions. How do I find out how much is withheld from my commissions?
If you sell mutual fund shares at a loss and within 30 days before or after the sale you buy, acquire in a taxable exchange, or acquire a contract or option to buy substantially identical shares, you have a wash sale. You cannot deduct losses from wash sales.
The fees and charges you pay to acquire or redeem shares of a mutual fund are not deductible. You can usually add acquisition fees and charges to your cost of the shares and thereby increase your basis. A fee paid to redeem the shares is usually a reduction in the redemption price (sales price).
When you exercise options on two different days within a 30 day window, do the wash sale rules kick in and disallow brokerage commissions to be claimed as capital losses?

How does the money( your commissions) get to your bank account? Do you have to contact the afilliate about the commission rate.
The commissions revenue account would have been credited when the receivable was set up.
Debit Commissions Receivable
Credit Commissions Revenue
I received commissions of $20,000 which were owing. Commissions Receivable had a balance of $20,000.
My question is – if Cash is debited $20,000 and commissions receivable is credited $20,000. What about the commissions revenue account? Shouldn’t this be credited also?
I work as an Indepentdent Sales Rep and all of our commissions are based on wholesale price. Commissions range from 10-15% for the different lines we rep. The commission percentage should be based on potential sales volume. The higher the potential volume, the lower the percentage we’ll (and most reps) accept. It will be important for you to have each rep sign a representation agreement outlining all of this in writing.
These commissions are for independent sales reps I am planning to hire. Aside from the main question, what percentage is a reasonable commission? They will be selling formal wear (bridal gowns, etc) and the price range could be anywhere from $300-1500 wholesale.
If they dont bring in any business, dont compensate them, they obviously just do enough to keep their salary jobs, no need to go out of ur way!
I get paid commission for bringing in business. I work with 4 others who are on salary, but do not bring in any business. I do want to compensate them for assisting me and my customers, but don”t know how much, or what %. I should make $100,000 in commissions this year.
